I mean, what is it about China that it's the most populas country in the world. What is the specific reason behind this? Does the population growth have anything to do with an ancient practice or anything else? Please tell me why the chinese have the most people on the face of the earth, why? Thank you!!!

oldest in the world. They settled their lands earlier, produced
agriculture, vast food stores and became advanced in technology and
medicine long before most civilizations, so have had a much longer
time than most other cultures to become populous

From what I remember...China is or was mostly agriculteral. Farmers could not afford to hire people to work for them so they had many children to work the farms. Of course it still happening in some provinces.
There are restrictions on births....they have to get a permit.
Theres is a problem though....it seems girls are not wanted and are killed or abandoned.....The only reason is that boys can work the farms better than girls.

because its the biggest country in the world, for example: if you considered North America and South America one whole country then it would have the most people in the world...
