yes i count my change at the checkout counter...i keep my reciepts for little stuff, food and other things in case they are not working or not good [food] i keep those for about a week and then toss...for big ticket items, tv, appliances etc..i keep for over a year or more.

I have a bunch of receipts for things I don't even have anymore. It never fails, the times I do actually throw out my receipts, something breaks and I am screwed.
I don't count my change because I use my debit card almost all the time.

yes i keep receipts to know how much i spent and how many things i buy...yes i count my change cause if there's an extra i can give it back...

yes i keep all my receipts. I throw my change in a jar and when it gets full i waste my time counting it before i go to coinstar....guess i figure the machine is gonna rip me off, lol
