Wow. Tough question. It is sort of like asking what is most important on an airplane the wings, the engine, or the landing gear?
I think it is the emotion that matters, but going by your examples I would say... the message is best.
But man it wins by a narrow margin! It is all so important and so beautiful.

i think that the important element of poetry is the message, and that has rhythm. And get the audience's attention. And of course what ever is in your heart that will make you happy.
