According to the current wikipedia report on the Fantastic Four, the February 1991 edition of FF was written by Walt Simonson and illustrated by Art Adams as part of the Ages of Apocalypse master storyline.
At the time, the Fantasic Four were replaced completely by Wolverine, The Hulk, Spider-Man, and Ghost Rider.
However, there was a "Fantastic Five" comic that was published by Marvel as an MC2 comic taking place outside common Marvel canon.
