Nope. No-one is "Hispanic". Its a political term used to buy votes by the Democrats. I grew up with Mezkins, though.

Yes! I was married to a Puerto Rican for 10 years. Generally speaking, Puerto Ricans are ethnically Hispanic rather than Latino, although he as an indivdual, although Spanish-speaking, is also descended from the native Taino Indians of Puerto Rico.

Also, I live in Texas. Need I say more?

MY best friend is a hispanic guy and my dad's and mom's side of the family has spanish in them.
