hELP WITH REGIS IN POKEMON EMERALD?

I don't see a cave in the desert. I went to the bottom until I saw the factoryish looking place. Also I tried to find cave on route 220 but i only see 1 big stone and little ones bye it. And Dewford??? I don't get that one. I can't even find the cave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can open the caves when you get to the fast-moving current near Pacifidlog. u must have a wailord and a relicanth in your party. there should be somewhere deep in there to dive in. use dive, then you'll arrive in an undersea cave. go to the corner where there is Braille. dive again when you reach that spot. then, you'll come across a bigger cave with more braille. go forward and ignore the other stone blocks with Braille. go to the wall with a large crack and more Braille language on it. use DIG, then the wall will crumble away to reveal another passage. then you'll get into the last cave. just read the braille in the middle. there should be a short earthquake, and a message saying that some doors have been opeened.

if you notice there is a big rock with six stones surrounding it, you can't enter it until you unlock the regis cave which is explain already in the first answer, as for the dewford one, if you notice theres a man that keeps running up and down on an island, get on that island, go west from where hes walking,and you should see another island,but don't get there, use surf and go straight up and you will notice a girl with red hair swimming,just go all the way up and you will see the island cave

north of mauville, when you can first see the desert, go all the way to the bottom - there is no factory, that's a battle tower, and you're not following proper directions.

northeast of dewford is the ice cave
