U have not mentioned about duration of ur menstrual cycle. Is it coming on time each month. If there is not too much of variation in its duration do following calculation
Consider first day of ur bleeding as ur first day of ur MC.
Duration of ur MC - 16 = X
Duration of ur MC - 12 = Y
This will give u one small value (X) and one big value (Y), try to have sex in this duration only. because chances that u to get conceive are high if u have sex in this duration
Let me give u example
If ur MC duration is 26 days then X=10 and Y =14
Then have sex in between 10th & 14th day of ur cycle

It depends how long you are between cycles. I always thought it was about day 14 (14 days after the start of your period) BUT I was told that it is actually 14 days BEFORE the start of your period. Best way to tell the right time is by checking your underpants. If what is there is a little sticky and will stretch a little between your fingers then you are ovulating. If you are trying to get pregnant try essentialbaby.com if you are trying to prevent pregnancy go on the pill or better still use condoms.

If you would have gave the length of your cycle and how many days your period lasts i could have done this better but here goes.
If you have a 28 day cycle and your last period was on September 29th then you will be fertile on October 10th through October 14th and ovulate on October 13th.
Your period would be due on October 27th
In November you will be fertile on the 7th through the 11th and ovulate on november 10th.
You could do this better than me cause you know the correct info.
Just go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
It is a free site to join and it is very helpful. Good luck

A woman usually is most fertile two weeks after the start of her last period. There are ovulation predictor kits you can buy at the drugstore.

No way to know because every woman's cycle is different - if you know approx how many days your cycls usually are you could roughly have sex every other day for the middle 10 days and hope its accurate. Otherwise you'd really need to chart to see when is your true ovulation date.

Go to americanbaby.com and in the orange section to the left side it has something that says fertility predictor and it will tell you when you are most liable to get pregnant, or click on the link below to go straight to it.

Your OBGYN can give you a chart to track your cycle. You take your temperature before you get out of bed in the morning and chart yourself.
