Wow, can we say Columbine? I bet everyone that's been bullied feels like they could live better without bullies. The thing is, people still don't realize that we live in a civilized world. In a civilized world, the strong need to protect the weak. It's the responsibility of civilization itself. Those who cannot be civilized, should go to jail, but our messed up law syste lets them loose. Even in the nr 1 country in the world, the weak cannot be protected against the evil. In fact, the strong ones are the ones who have become the bullies. The good people of our world just can't win... What we need is a Superman, or a Batman. Someone who is not only strong, but just. Maybe a group of vigilantes who are willing to stand up for the weak, and protect them; to bring meaning back into the words civilization and leadership. Our leaders keep failing us over and over, and we let them lead us into worse scenarios. In effect, the leaders are the bullies, and they don't care. They have the best of this world... healthcare, mansions, money, power, and laws don't affect them at all. Look at the molesting senator who just got away with hitting on an underage kid online! What is that? That's failure of your leaders. No one up there is willing to stand for what's right anymore. They're winning, and when someone does stand up, like in Columbine, people call them murderers and evil. We need to look at the parents of the kids who bullied others into making them psychopaths. You always solve a problem when you get to the root, the cause. You never solve it when you solve the effect only. Hope this means something to someone out there... Thank you for reading.

They're aware and they don't give a crap about what they do. They are the most selfish people you could ever meet. They're sociopaths that have no idea what empathy is. Beyond that, they are the most insecure people you know. Don't be surprised about that- it's totally the truth.

They feel so low inside but don't want anyone else to know it so they try to cover it up by putting nice people down. Nice people are easy to put down that's why nice people are their victims. Don't be so nice. These people get off on hurting you. It makes them feel big in that moment. But later, when the high of hurting you wears off, they still feel like the miserable pieces of **** that they are. Then they have to wake up the next day and be even bigger assholes! Oh, and by the way, they usually don't change EVER. They literally have to get the **** beaten out of them several times in public or get it up the butt in jail before they can be broken down even a little bit. Your best bet- get away!

Yes they would be aware...

Bullying is a characteristic of psychopathic behavior( the person doing this would be a psychopath although maybe partly so, they do not feel nor care about the results of the actions, speech, they can feel no empathy with anyone ... one cannot reason with them they just do not see(understand) what you are saying if you told them about your feeling towards them

There is only one course of action for you ....get way as soon as you can ....things will not change for the better ....... mostly gets worse ....

This person has a chronic mental disease

They can so they do. Of course they are aware they get a kick from doing it. They like feeling powerful and having control over others.
Call your local reps and see if you can file a complaint. Find a new job first so that you can go in and quit then walk out. Also in writing file an official complaint against the bully and give it to the owner. If it is the owner the local rep should know where and who to send it to.

No. They are unable or unwilling to see beyond their own perspective. They're narcissistic. The world orbits them and everyone should think just as they do (according to them or everone else is wrong.
What they are actually doing (wothout realizing it) it projecting their shortcomings and insecurities on others, in attempt to make others feel as low as they do. It's much easier than taking the high road and showing empathy and compassion. No, that would require too much energy. That might mean rising to the level they feel others are at. No, it's easier to knock others down...
