Ask your parents to get you a Visa Buxx card...they can put yor allowence on it, and you can use it like a real credit card...Any money you don't spend one month rolls into the next month.

I'd suggest either A.) Setting up a PayPal account, or B.) Finding a site that allows money orders to be sent. You could also use C.) Which is Western Union; however I don't know much about that.

A.) Paypal is useful because you don't need a credit card. You can use a bank account in order to set up an account. Paypal is also almost instant payment. It's safer than just using your credit card on sites because it has a secure server so your parents might feel more trusting towards lending their credit card to you if you use Paypal.

B.) Certain sites will allow the use of money orders or checks by mail. They will give you an adress to send your money to and once they recieve and clear it (Sending you an email telling you they recieved it) they will send the item. It takes longer, but if thats all you can do then it works fine!

C.) Western Union allows you to transfer your money in real life to credits you can use on the internet for payment. I don't know much about it but I know that it is trusted and used on a lot of sites to purchase online.

I don't know if that is possible unless you just make up a name and everything and by some miracle it works! But this is what you can do (like other people probably told you) you can steal one of parents credit card and hopefully they will think that they just got identify theft or whatever you call it when people steal your identity and use your credit card to buy nice things.

See if any banks in your area have accounts that you can get a debit card for. Once you get the debit card, you can use it like a credit card, but only up to the amount of money you have in the bank.
