All Diesel #2 in the USA meets ASTM standards and red diesel #2 will not hurt any diesel vehicle its running in. Please dont lecture me about its illegal or has a higher content of sulphur etc. I dont care. Im just looking to what its made of...

You may need to rebuild the top end now. Sounds like you may have burned the piston rings or damaged the cylinder bore. The noise you are hearing is more than likely what is called "piston slap." It's caused by excessive ring-to-cylinder wall clearance due to friction wear. The lack of power is caused by compression leakage past the damaged rings/bore. Most bike manufacturers sell an oversized ring kit for when there's a million miles on the bike and the bores are worn anyways. This may cure the problem but the piston still has to be removed, re-ringed and put back. No doubt the cylinder bore needs honing as well. Flush the crankcase with fresh 4-stroke engine oil after the rebuild and change it quickly for fresh oil.

It is just a red dye and your not supposed to use it on road becuase its not taxed. The reason its red though is only because of a red dye. Thats it.
