That's Godsmack!! The song is called 'Voodoo'...
I HATE Godsmack, because I thought they sounded so much like AIC!! Not to mention they stole their name from an AIC song!
Now I heard their new tune, but thought it was Metallica!

I think it's Man In The Box, but I'm not sure. I know what song you're talking about and yes it is Alice n Chains.

Are you sure it isn't Godsmack? They have a song like that that is very close to Voodoo incantations in the background..
