For starters it would be good to work for companies that are in the field of your study so you can get work experience that will help you find work when you are done.

Second, it is always good to work for companies that will pay for your tuition as a benefit for obvious reasons. Recently Starbucks has gained applause for their policy of covering $5K of tuition a semester and giving health benefits for only partime employment. What a sweet deal? I think FedexKinkos does this also as well as Target. The cool thing about FedexKinkos is that you can work graveyard shifts also.

In that case - you should look for a job at the college. Its best to do so because the person you are working for is sentimental to the fact you are in college and wont ask you to work extra hours pulling you away from your books. But whatever you do....get a job!!! I have had so many applicants that I have denied because they have all this education without any experience other than an internship. Employers want to see long time experience in administration or customer service..
