The rate to Canada is 63c, so two first-class stamps would slightly overpay the rate. For Germany you need a total of 84c, so two first-class stamps are not quite enough. If you don't want to overpay, take the items to a post office.

Warning: stamps without number denominations are sometimes rejected on international mail. The rules now allow them, but for many years they were not allowed, and a lot of postal employees have not heard of the rules change. If they are rejected, they'll come back to you, but it may take a week or two. So if there is any urgency about the letters, get stamps with numbers on, not "first class,"

I don't know how it would be cheaper to go metered mail at the post office. It is advised to get one invitation together, complete with RSVP cards and any inserts and take it to the post office to be weighed to make sure what the cost will be to mail each one before purchasing stamps. Don't forget - First Class Postage is going up 2 cents on May 11. If you're going to put stamps on your RSVPs buy forever stamps now & use those so you won't get caught with postage due.

You'll need to use three of your stamps for each of your envelopes. The rates to Canada and Germany may be different (check the link below), but three stamps per envelope will cover it.
