First off, understand that I do believe Clinton is PARTLY responsible...

Bush supported the Taliban back on May 22, 2001 with $43 million, just for them to stop their attacks on local communities and to end their opium trade.

Or the fact that Bush supported North Korea with $95 million in 2002, and then waived the required inspection to make sure North Korea is following the agreement.

(I just have sites for the sake of having sites. Any very informed person knows this material).

I realize it is partly Clinton's fault for making the primary arrangement (The Agreed Framework).

But now with Bush also being in office for 6 years on top of these bad decisions...It's weird how some people put the full blame on Clinton. Clinton deserves some blame. But definitely not even most of it.

Look at the bright side.

The opium is back in the hands it is supposed to be.

The oil may be in those same hands soon.

HR 6166 EH gives Bush dictatorial powers, and North Korea and Iran will be his excuse.

The fourth Reich is about to be born.

And just as with the third, there are very vocal deadheads shouting for it who will say afterward that they had no choice. Just like the Democrats forced Foley to molest boys for 6 years...

Now I know that number two is a complete lie - 100% false. It is NOT true. The last time North Korea got money from the US was under Clinton's regime.

I won't even bother with the other two.

Stop with the conspiracy theory websites already. It is really a lazy attempt at exercizing any form of intelligence.

It's not any presidents fault, the fault goes to drug users. If we had fewer drug users then we have fewer problems with drug growers.
No one president can change the world, only the people of the world can change their government. You can go to any site on the web and read someones opinion that doesn't show all the facts and form an opinion, but to form an opinion you must look at all the facts. If I give you $200.00 and ask you to go buy new clothes for yourself and you by a new cell phone instead is it my fault that you don't have new clothes? Keep it basic...

I don't blame Clinton and I don't blame Bush. I blame the UNITED NATIONS because they can't enforce their own resolutions without the U.S. kicking some ***. And the rest of the world because they are so COMPLACENT.

It doesn't matter what president is in charge, because they only follow orders from corporations. Welcome to the new Millennium!

Exactly! I think they're too afraid to admit it. Too worried about the liberal 'I told you so's.
