i want to change the picture in answer.yahoo.com but other than given by yahoo avartar. Actually i want to put own selected pict. .so plz tell that can i change it and how can i change it

Click on- Edit My Info
Where it says Picture- Under The "No Yahoo! 360 picture" Option, it says "Get my Yahoo! 360 account now! " click that.
Then you can upload it there.

register for Yahoo 360.
Add your picture there in the 360's profile.
When choosing avatar, select yahoo 360 avatar.
