Out of those two, Baltimore. The best defense in the nfl right now is San Diego. They have gone under the radar a bit so far, but they are ranked #1 against the pass, and #1 against the run. Teams can't even move the ball against them.

Baltimore's defense is stronger overall. Their problem is creating offense. Denver doesn't have much problem on either side of the ball.

The numbers dont lie. Denvers defense is better than Baltimores.

You"ve got to be kidding! Right now its a toss-up between Baltimore and Chicago and the bears have had a pretty weak schedule so far.
