I am very happy with Sprint and the Motorola i830 phone. I really like the free incoming minutes with the plan I've got. It costs $59.00 per month, taxes included, for 300 prime-time outgoing minutes and all the night and incoming minutes you want. I have had an absolutely trouble-free, reasonably-priced experience with Sprint.

I do not recommend Verizon for anything, while I'm at it. Reasons: impossibility of getting through to them by phone, website that wouldn't process my request - a very frustrating, time-wasting Catch 22.

My experience:2 yrs ago had Sprint, their customer service I thought was very good. I left Sprint because of too many dropped calls. I now have Verizon; their customer service is also very good. Dialing *611 gets me to customer service never a long wait. Dropped calls hardly any. Again cust svc very good on both.

You should definitely sign up with Cingular. I'm with them and I love them. And they're the ONLY network that lets you rollover your minutes to the next month. Sprint sort of sucks, my mom is with them and you can't even use the phone inside any store of any kind, they drop the call automatically. I dunno about Verizon, I've never had any kind of experience with them, or T-mobile. But Cingular rocks, they're the best.
