I think we should look into the strengths of England. No 3-5-2 or diamond formation. Never works for the team. Stick to 4-4-2 and perfect it. Have a rotational captain. Perhaps Steven Gerrard deserved a shot at being the captain. I do not think steward downing is a ryan giggs. Perhaps should bring in a creative left winger. Remember chris waddle? How about the team manager being modest about their chances. I bet portugal has more creative players than England now.
