It showed the one head honcho guy talkin to the doc and telling him he had lived there on the island his whole life. And that he has knowledge of the world. He told the doc that the red sox had one the world series and the doc said yeah right so he showed him the clip on TV. He told him that he can send him home if he co-operates. It also showed Sawyer talkin to Freckles on how he is going to wait for the people to make a mistake then he is going to make his move. I think that is about it
