There are many theories about this, including black magic.
It's well known that Jim Morrison was addicted to drugs & alcohol.
The story I heard is that he finally cleaned up, but he'd already done permanent damage to his heart. He supposedly died of heart failure as a result.
I'm inclined to believe this story.

Morrison was a druggie and an alcoholic with no direction. What's to think about here, he over dosed and died. I have better things to do than sit around and give "theories" about why he died.
