No more than Cell Phones. Try it with a hands-free device. (type with your feet).
Actually, the Cell phone cancer thing was a myth. But your notebook computer is farther away from you that a Cell phone would be. So there is nothing to fear.

Sort of...
Wireless internet uses Radio waves, the shortest in the EM (Electromagnetic) spectrum. The waves are very long and don't really do any harm. In cell phones, the waves are much higher energy, for they have to get into space, but wireless internet doesn't. It can cause tiny mutations in the cells, but it is extremely unlikely. So... don't worry about the internet causing cancer.

Almost everything and if you study medicine or physics, even humans emit some kinds of radiation. the important question is to what extent these invisible rays affect the health of humans and other organisms.
With that in mind, only certain types of equitment has enough radition to expose ppl to chances of cancer or other mutational disease and wireless internet is not one that is on those lists of dangers; i would worry more about living next to a nuclear plant, biohazardous waste dumps, drugs and smoking, old CRT TV/computer monitors, excessive daily uses of cell phone more than other "possible carcinogens.

Not likely, but it can take decades from time of exposure to a carcinogen untl cancer shows up. As this technology is relatively new, we won't know for certain for another 20+ years, by which time the technology will probably have changed.

If it did then everyone would have cancer by now *yawn*.
It has not been proven to cause cancer. The possibility of it causing cancer is extremely low because of the type of wave it is. It doesn't have high frequency so therefore doesn't posess the energy to cause cancer.

I sure hope not. But if you use a cell phone like many of us do then you shouldn't be worrying about the computer.

Computer radiation itself and many other aplliances can contribute to cancer. wireless or not, it doesnt make any difference as all emit radiation which can kill cells.
