There are actually several - Thomas Hillman managed the Nippon Ham Fighters this past year, Bobby Valentine manages the Chiba Lotte Marines, Terry Collins is with the Orix Buffaloes, and Marty Brown is with the Hiroshima Toyo Carp.

The only person I know of that fits that description is Bobby Valentine. He currently manages the Chiba Lotte Marines of the Japanese Pacific League.
