Radiology or Anesthesiology
Women need mammograms, and surgical patients need anesthesia. Both offer long term careers, but require a lot of study and precision.
If your looking for something less strenuous, try ultrasound tech or echo-cardiology tech.

Speech therapy/pathology pays pretty well, but nowadays you'll need at least a Masters Degree and certification to be considered for most jobs. Physical therapy is an in-demand field right now.

X-Ray technician, physical therapist, nurse, respiratory therapist- almost any medical training will guarantee you a good paying, in demand job.

X-ray tech is a good one...no matter how modern they make the machines, someone's always gonna have to be there to push the button...Pharmacology & x-ray are both demanding,...need good math skills.

if you are not looking to become a nurse or doctor. a surgical technologist is an excellent job. you work in the or handling instrumentation
