yes we do like them because it lets us know that you do appreciate things that you might have forgotten to say or played it off the you didn't see. it also says that you are still IN LOVE with us (and the little notes and letters in the drawers, on the frig, bathroom mirror, in the car or anywhere else that you share), also it keeps the somewhat childish love intact making for a more meaning full relationship and a deeper appreciation of the love between the partners.

No I think it's beautiful and very loving.
There are some men who would probably take it with a grain of salt, but most men do appreciate small jesters such as notes of love and understanding from there better half.
Should be more of it, preferably from men to the woman of there life.
I know the only time I send notes or cards to hubby is birthdays and chrissy etc. Oh plus when he does something special than a very pleasant surprise of a lovely candlelit dinner is another way of appreciation.

I used to love it when my ex-wife used to do that sort of thing, it was such a confidence booster and it showed that she cared about my feelings. During the last year or two of our marriage I don't think she ever did that kind of thing at all and I began to realise she didn't love me anymore and it hurt enormously.
If you love someone you must show it or they will not feel wanted and may decide to move on.

When I was still working, my wife would put a little note into my lunch box or my pocket every once in a while and it always made my day! I thought it was great and made me happy to know she was thinking of me while I was gone. Keep it up, I think it's very thoughtful and loving.

words of encouragment and praise of course is always helpful . make sure you mean it. we hear so many put downs in life. good for you your looking at his good qualities and the things he does for you. Just as you would want him to praise you about things
Maybe tone down the biblical stuff if your over doing it. but the I love you. little I'm thinking of you notes things he has done for you sure thats all wonderful.

I know that I would like it. But some guys might not because they would say your being to clingy. To me it would really say just how much you loved me, and that you want me thinking of you when I find these notes. If my wife did that I would say OK what do you want, because my wife doesn't like the mushy stuff. Talk to him and ask him if he wants you to keep writing them.

yes! but it needs to be what HE considers to be encouragement. like: thanks for being a good husband or a good bread winner or for being a great dad. don't assume that mushy stuff will impress him, but men are prideful and masculine, so make him feel Honorable and strong and he will be the happiest man around. if you just tell him you respect his choices will respond in a favorable way.

Personally I think it's great to get little notes from my Lady. It shows me that she cares enough about me to take the time out of her day to think about something to write for me. However, if it's done too much then it can "get in the way". "Too many notes", or they get taken for granted.

ok im a women, and i do not do this for my boyfriend.
Yeah i know my man would like that. They will probably try to act all manly about it, like it is too cheesy but inside they like to see and know that someone is thinking about them.
Other mens opinions should not matter, This is you and your husbands thing. I fhe likes it then you should not stop. And alot of marriages dont do things like that. thats something special
