It's pretty great, but sometimes I have to doublecheck, because it is a user-created source. Usually when I am answering questions in other categories. Sometimes I use it as a secondary or tertiary source for research for serious topics when working, but never as a primary source.

I use Wikipedia alot for quick information, but it all has to be taken with a grain of salt, because it seems that anyone can add on to the information on the pages, which means that stupid people or someone with motives to mislead people can affect what it is that you're reading. Still a handy thing to have around, but check other sources as well.

I'll answer your questions one by one:
- Nothing is the greatest, it's great but never the greatest.
- I used it a long ago, I can't remember exactly when, but long.

Wikipedia is a joke. So long as anyone can post or edit anything on it it will be 100% unreliable.

i HATE wikipedia. it is horrible. people like you think it is a valid source. um, anyone can change the information and make it false... people use it to answer their homework questions and do research instead of reading their chapters like they should. they use it as an easy way out and they end up loosing in the end. reality check: use VALID sources such as online encyclopedias that are published and copyrighted!!!! or real books!!!!

I have used it as a reference for college. Of course, professors dislikes the idea. Afterall, anyone can edit the information.
