the muscles in your arms and legs generate force when you ask them to, the heart muscles do that automatically, when they produce the force, they push the blood out to all organs in the body, so this is how its presence is vital, good luck

Yes, the heart is a muscle which contracts & pumps oxygenated blood to the cells in the body. It is vital for life.

The heart is a muscle. It contracts and releases each time it beats.Blood comes in on one side and goes out on the other.The force pushes the blood around your body.Without the blood moving throw we would die.
