Yes, and so is everywhere else in the universe if it had a center.
Also, btw, there is no "center"

There is no center to the universe. It is finite yet unbounded. In other words if you go off in any direction you will eventually come back to where you started. Its kind of like a four dimensional spacetime version of the surface of a balloon covered with dots. The dots represents stars and galaxies. You can blow up the balloon and the surface of the balloon represents the universe. Note that there is no center within the universe and that all points are moving away from each other. Just like in our universe.

If the universe has a defined border and we were closer to one end than the other then no, If the universe has no border then everywhere is the center of everywhere else, and yes.

There is no absolute "center" to the universe as there is no absolute coordinate system with which to measure positions....all measurements must be taken within a specified reference frame.
On the macro-scale, the universe is isotropic. Anywhere you are, in any direction you look, the universe appears to be the same. There is no absolute "Center", it is all relative to the observer.

Nobody knows, but why should we be? We are far from the center of the galaxy, and we are not in the center of the solar system, so why should we be in the center of the universe?

I doubt we are anywhere near the centre of the Universe , and I am not sure if we can tell if we do hit the margins ,, since time curves around.

I don't think it has been established that the Universe has a center. So far it has just proven to be infinite.

Everywhere can be considered the center. Just as everywhere on the surface of the earth can be considered the center of that surface.
