Don't get a 2nd DSL service. Buy a router instead. You can connect many computers through a router to your DSL service.
I recommend LinkSys. You can go Wireless. Even if the 2nd computer is a desktop, you can set the Wireless router near the first computer, then get a USB Wireless Adapter for the 2nd computer.
Believe me, it wil work GREAT and cost no more.
