Download the ISO and burn it to a DVD. Set your PC to boot from the DVD drive and it will install.

1. Get the beta from Microsoft to download (for an EXTREMELY long time), then burn it to a DVD or a few CDs. Then, I believe you have to boot your comptuer from the CD.
2. Wait until it comes out and put the cd in the computer!

I did it before but i forgot but go to google then type in yuiu then you will see your answer! and by the way....I loved the question and I would vote for you as best question cause it made me want to look up your answer which i did!
