and then if they give you no money you do trix on em' like spray em' wit there own hose and light a firework then run an thro an egg at em' all at once. Is that illegal?. How can it be cz you gave em' a choice and its only for haloween.
Also does it make a difference in the eyes of the law if, person doing this is 30 yrs old?

2. Only in the severity of the punishment. A juvenile would possibly not be thrown in jail, while a 30 year-old probably would.
