I have read from other questions on here that the girls had cramps because of periods or they were pregnant. Well I have had the cramps on both sides for more than month now and sometimes they are worse on my left side. Well I got my period and they went away and I thought that was the end of it but when it was over they came right back. I have taken several pregnancy tests and they are all negative so I know I am not pregnant, but the cramps are still here every day and they suck. Anyone have any ideas?

See your OBGYN and ask about the possibility of Endometriosis or Ovarian Cysts.

drink salt drinks like gatorade.
Put magnets on your cramps, take one off the fridge.
U could get an empty drink bottle , fill with hot water and put on your cramps.
Try to rub belly with olive oil or baby oil.

sometimes pregnancy test does not always work.It could be many of things.You could have a cist on your ovries.You really need to go to the doctor,and I wouldn't keep waitting because you don't want to find out something is really wrong and it might be to late

Go see your OB/GYN you could have cysts on your ovaries.Good luck!!!!
