mainly because the state does not collect revenue from the sale of Marijuana. This is on the grounds that smoking Marijuana can lead you to abandon your personal and social responsibilities-and have an unstabling effect on your personality and can lead on to experimentation with stronger drugs. Whereas smoking cigarettes is not going to make you go paranoid/anti-social-just give you cancer-maybe!

Because it is like when alcohol was illegal .The prohibition.
One day , it may be legal , it is up to future generations just like alcohol became legal in the 1920's

taxes. the tax on pot would be crazy . if you would buy a 5 sack that 5 sack would cost you $7.00 if it was legal.
