Pizarro was an amateur compared to General Yamashita and the 'Gilded Lily' plot of WW II...supossedly one block of platinum was uncovered and was valued at 680 million dollars, but there is still more. However much of Yamashita's treasures have never been recovered and remains hidden in the Philippines including 10 golden Buddhas that weighed over a ton each. It is thought that President Marcos obtained some (or all) of his vast fortune from one of the sites of the treasures (there were nine). The plot was to rob much of the gold from Southeast Asia...religious artifacts, treasuries, jewels, etc...and transport them to Japan (the war was going badly and the idea was to prepare for another war) and the plan was concieved by the Emperor's younger brother and Yamashita, the Commanding General of the Occupational Forces in the Philippines amassed this wealth and prepared to ship it to Japan, however the battle of Midway made shipping it too risky and so the treasure was hidden....in caves that were booby-trapped and then the filipino workers were slaughtered. Yamashita was captured by the US (he was the only one that knew of the locations) and Yamashita was one of the very few Japanese officers executed for war crimes. The treasures are still there, waiting for a lucky person to find them and defeat the booby-traps...maybe you?

Spend it a big chunk of it, of course -- perhaps a yacht. Also, I'd never ride 'coach' again.
Pizzaro divided the loot among his closest associates, according to wikipedia. Seeing how he had a lot of men and how expensive wars and expeditions were at the time, I'd say most of it went into a war chest.

I would turn it into bearer bonds, then go somewhere private to live on the interest.
Pizarro probably did not do this, which is where we get the expression "He Pizzaro'ed it all away".
