Calm down, relax and wait a few weeks to see if your period starts. At your age, you could easily run a week or two late. Mark your calendar, and then try to forget about it until that day comes. If you haven't had it by then, go see your doctor. You can make up a reason, or if you just can't, find your closest planned parenthood clinic and go there to be tested. You can also talk with them about birth control so that you don't have to go through this turmoil again! Good luck sweetie.

There is a good possibility that you may be creating these symptoms in your head. Your period is only one day off which could be triggered by stress. Besides, if you are pregnant, there is nothing you can do now. Might as well get used to it. The guilt of abortion is too much. Haven't you heard of birth control? Condoms, spermicide. . . the pill? If you are pregnant, I hope you don't make the selfish decision to abort the baby. After all, you are the one that did not take the proper precautions. In today's world there is so many options for birth control. If you were embarrassed to purchase them then perhaps you should have thought twice about being ready to engage in a mature act as sex. If you didn't want to get pregnant. . . you should not have done the deed. Especially without any birth control. I hope that you are not pregnant just for the simple fact that it is the child that would have to suffer. The child would suffer either through premature death through abortion or be brought into this world unwanted.

Sometimes your period can be late if you are stressed or worried about things, even if you are usually on a regular schedule. I say wait a few weeks before you do anything, but you also need to realize that if you are pregnant you won't have to worry if people know or not. U won't be able to hide it for long/ and if you have an abortion you will have to live with the feelingyou will have after; I think you could start making plans now in case you need them.
What about the father? and if you aren't what are you going to do to make sure you don't get pregnant before you are ready? When you start having sex it's important to think because if you are there is no going back.

Right now, don't do anything. A test is the only way to know, but the chances of you having enough of the HCG hormone for it to detect are slim. I had to wait until I was about 5 days late to finally get a positive test reading.
There are many things that can cause these symptoms. Wait until you are at least a week late and then take a test or make an appointment with your doctor.

Wait another week, stress can also cause a late period and at a young age periods are usually irregular. If your syptoms are still present in a week, make an appointment with a doctor or go out of town and purchase a pregnancy test. If you're unable too, talk to a close friend you can trust.

There is no way to know unless you take a test, either go to the doctor or purchase one youself, although the home pregnancy tests may not be too accurate right now since it is so close to you missing your period.

Those could all be the signs of pms too. If you don't want to buy a test, wait a week and see what happens. If your period doesn't start by then I would take a test.

(Maybe next time be more careful and use protection if you don't want to get pg)
