It's a wonder, but I'm sure that Cory Lidle would have flown again sometime, and may have found a similar fate. I'm really sorry about what happened to him. I wish his family and friends the best.
They said there was a mayday call before his crash. I really don't want to fly right now. We have had a plane that hit another plane, that Brazilian plane crash that killed 155 people... Another plane that crashed before it got off the runway... I can't remember much more right now, but it doesn't seem like the aviation industry is doing well at all. They say it's safer to fly than to drive... Statistically. One life is just as important. That life could be a family member or friend of yours. Although they say those things, I feel better driving around than flying. I just feel better taking care of things in my own hands. I really hope that aviation improves dramatically to reduce accidents like these, and to restore my faith in flying.

I cant believe you would ask a question like that. Their is now way you can blame it on A-Rod. They lost as a team. Giambi going 2-14 didn't help.

Man, shut up!
All you guys complain that A-Rod is egotistical & overrated
and you're the same guys that keep bringing him up.
What? He's God now, too?
He controls aircraft, the weather and who lives and who dies?
A-Rod doesn't think he's God but obviously you do.
Thanks for the 2 points!

I uinderstand why you ask. Because I think if corey had pitched better maybe they would have went further in the playoffs and he wouldnt be out flying. But I belioeve in things like fate. He would have died eventually, it was his time. Kinda like the final destination movie. you can not escape it.

Err.....I don't know what that has to do with Corey Lidle's death but I do know that A-Rod sucks real bad and he needs to downsize his enormous ego.

Everything happens for a reason. It was his time to go and it would have happened regardless
