I live in the Tulsa area. Its not bad. Very low cost of living. Houses and apartments are cheap compared to other large cities. And irregardless of the previous poster it is not a barren wasteland. Actually the eastern part of Oklahoma, nicknamed Green Country, is very pretty. Lots of rivers and lakes.

Oklahoma is as good a place as any. We have over 300 lakes, rivers and streams. Plenty of attractions and camping places. The people are open and friendly, and the cost of living is managable. Come check it out!

Do you like water?

If yes, bad, place to live.
If no, good, then you found a dry wasteland worth living in.
