How do i make my comp. faster if i cannot defrag?

defrag likely not required, software issues, check spyware and system loads, remove unnecessary apps
and why won't it defrag, exactly?

see the reason of it.
maybe your HD too little.
see how much free space you have. you must at least 15%.
try to delete unwanted files.
stop screensaver. and other progrm from working in the process.
and do it more often.

You should remove all unnecsarry programs, add more memory, and run an antivirus and spyware

and it wil defrag its prolly in safe mode

try to make as much room as possible, Or there is a disk that can upgrade ur computer. IDK what it is.
