as the person before has stated it depend on the quality of the mp3 and the size of the mp3 file. the average mp3 file can be about 5 megs in size (plus or minus) so your question is not easy to answer becasue there is no real way to convert megs into hours.

Now if you mean, how many songs can I hold in how many megabytes to equal an hour, it depends on what quality of songs you use. It also depends on how long the songs you use are.

around 42 megabytes. 12 songs (3.5 megas each &5 minutes each)

rule of thumb, 1MB per minute, at abt 128kpbs encoding.

thus, 60MB equals to an hour.
