Check FHA.com of Fannie mae or Freddy mac all connected to government financing. Check with your local real estate office they may have a few listed in their office. You can go to the courthouse and find a list of houses going up for taxes. You usually can get a very good deal that way. You will need to have some cash usually 10% of the going price. You should get yourself pre approved by a bank or mortgage company so that you know exactly how much money you will have available to spend.

Yes, but they all cost money. Also with where the market is now, buying foreclosed homes is hard to pull out a profit from.

Noize is correct. All the foreclosure specific sites cost money to get access... at least the good ones cost. You could also try posting a buyer listing on the new reverse MLS service, http://buyerhunt.com/, and just state in your buyer profile that you are only looking for foreclosures.
