a very handsome man with BAD BAD BAD taste in women. if i were you, I'd set him straight.
if you want to contact him, try to get his attention after a concert. they are on tour now. great band. thought the 1st cd was better though.
i would suggest to get his contact info off the net but man!! it costs or you have to be a member or something. hate that. anyway. contact info isnt 100% and youll wait forever to get a response and im sure it will only be a glossy. :(
sure fire way to get to meet him is backstage (hey he might be drunk and high and i'm sure you'll even get a kiss out of it.) if that doesnt work, enter contests to meet the band. i think MTV has one out right now too.
Good luck and mention me and my suggestions to him when you meet him.

OMg i ******* love him....go to 30 seconds to mars myspace. but tomo handles the myspace, i dont think jared looks at it. or go to a mars concert.
