Ok and i know people are trying to help (all except nature kid) but like another tid bit is like it gets sorta freezing down here near halloween :S

LOTS OF IDEAS HERE!
Half Asleep/Half Awake Cut some "footy pajamas" in half, and sew one side to half a pair of pants and half a shirt. On the asleep side, put your hair in curlers, wear no make-up, keep eyes closed and wear a slipper. On the awake side, curl your hair, wear make-up, and wear a shoe. Carry a pillow on your asleep side, and a briefcase on your awake side.
Ghost Family Dress like a ghost. Then take 3 or 4 helium balloons and use white cloth to make them look like small ghosts. Walk holding onto the hands of your "children."

Bag of Jelly Beans Get a big giant plastic bag, cut some foot holes in the bottom, then fill it with diffrent colored ballons, then step into it and tie it at your neck with a pretty ribbon!
Miss Alaska Wear jeans, a faux fur coat, a warm hat and boots. Make a sash from a thick ribbon. On it write "MISS ALASKA." Wear a tiara and carry a bouquet of flowers

A Belly Dancer?
Get yourself a flesh coloured body suit.....buy a bikini and attach lots of sparkles, bangles and shiny things. Take some gauzy, see thru material and fashion some pants or wrap several silky scarves around you waist. Use some gauzy material and drape it around your face. Get a few cheap gold & or silver necklaces with charms and sew them to a head scarf.
There you go.....a belly dancer.
