ln (A) = ln (h/(1-h))
A = h/(1-h)
h = A(1-h)
h = A - Ah
h + Ah = A
h (1 + A) = A
h = A/(1+A)

ln A = ln h - ln (1-h) = ln(h / (1-h))

Thus A = h / (1-h)

A - Ah = h
A = h + Ah
A= h (1+A)

h = A / (1+A)
