i can not bypass so a procedures as announcing I pity them yet I see the place you're coming from: information (or attempting) to understand somebody's appalling behaviour would be at a loss for words with sympathy or pity. i think of that's substantial to understand and sweetness whether no longer for those reports would they have nonetheless substitute into monsters, yet I agree that your final sentence says all of it: a lot of human beings have experienced worse and turn their lives around.
