If I'm in a hurry I just microwave them and serve with grated cheese and sour cream.
When I have lots of time, I like to make garlic mashed potatoes.

Almost 6... I"m not a fan of boiled unless they're part of a dish like green beans, ham, and potatoes... something like that.

#6 potatoes and tomatoes are the two best foods in the world! look at all you can do with them....the yummiest. oh, and a peeled raw potatoe is a great snack as well.
