I bought my mouse last week with 20USD and now every time I start the computer the mouse does not work anymore unless I unplug it from the USB port ang again reconnect. Why is that? I have directly connected it to my CPU without any HUB.

It sounds like you didn't install the mouse driver. It more then likely came with the mouse in disk form. If not, go to the manufacturer's web site and download it from there.

A good rule of thumb with all hardware installations: Read all the directions, and then follow them.

DId the mouse come with a software driver CD? If so...install the software for the mouse. If not, go to the mouse's manufacturer's website and see if there are any fixes available.
