1973's Quadrophenia by the Who. double disc rock opera about a english boy growing up in the early 60's in Brighton, England. the hits from the album were 5:15, Love Reign o'er Me, and The Real Me, but the whole album is great.
second favorite record is by a detroit band called Blanche...
2004's If We Can't Trust the Doctors. it's a great alt/country/rock album. jack white and brendan benson appear on the first song playing guitar and singing backup.

The best Album is Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd). There's just no bad song on that album.
