Its on the cowl right below the windsheild wipers there is a plasitic cover with two 10mm nuts and two thumb screws which require a half turn to release.

Only big electric motors have relays. If it's not marked on the cover of the relay center the fan motor may not be big enough to have a relay. In that case check the underhood AND the passenger compartment fuse blocks. Those fans are on dedicated circuits so it shouldn't be to hard to find.

it is not a relay it is a module. it is located on the passenger side where the blower motor is. there are 2 skrews holding it in and 3, 4 ,or 5 wires going to it. that is on at least 97 and up.

What year Bonny? and the high speed is the only function the relay does. All other fan functions are switch and resistor and motor which has power running to it all the time the engine is running.
