i want to replace my icons with ones that fit the program but i don't want to use the ones they provide. i want to download new ones or make my own.

i am not refuring to im icons but the ones you click on to start a program. each program has icons you can use and you can switch the list you get them from but i want my own icons.

Right clik on the properties of the icon and chose change Icon

If you are talking about INside a program (The user interface), you cannot change that yourself unless the program accepts skins, whick you will have to get from its website.
