No. He's the best QB in the league. Look at the stats. Team wins do not decide the best QB. It just decides the best team.

Not overrated... when I ask people to name their top 5 QB's it tends to go: Manning, Brady, Palmer, McNabb, Hasselback with a variation here or there. (Eli, Favre, McNair, etc) Clearly if Manning usually goes 1 and Brady goes 2, we don't value winning as much as your question indicates. My list is Brady, Manning, McNabb, Favre, Palmer because winning conquers all. Although Big Ben wins most of the time, and he's not on my list. But would you start a team with Ben? Probably not. Peyton... Overrated though... he's 2 out of what 70 QB's? I'd say no.

Hell no!!! Look at his career stats. He can bring his team back whenever they are down a touchdown to win the game. He has broke the single season touchdown record with 49. He also can read defenses like no other QB in the NFL. You obviously haven't watched football a lot to say he is overrated. Look at the stats before you ask another stupid question like this!

Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl. Was he an overrated QB? Terry Bradshaw won FOUR Super Bowls. How many people do you know who would say Terry Bradshaw was a better QB than Dan Marino?

One man can't do it all. And the Colts are still struggling with their defense.

hey any qb with the kind of team he has and has yet to win a superbowl is over-rated, furthermore he shouldve taken a page from tom brady and taken a salary cut to keep james on the colts. Boo you, greed will never win you rings

I will say he is very good but like most quaterbacks once the D takes his head out the game it's over and your not the perfect quaterback until you can prevent that. Manning has failded to make it to the superbowl so in a way he is overated.

yes he is over rated. He is a good quarterback but the only reason he has put up really good numbers is because he is on a team with an awesome o-line so he doesnt know what its like to be sacked, and he weapons around him everywhere.

He is good in fact very good. But he has not won the big one not at college or the pro level. He is young and has time to get to the top.
