Hun,you must have a stomach virus. Those are no fun,i know!!You need to get yourself to the emergency room and keep taking in liquids.I know that the last thing you probably want to do is drink or eat anything at the moment but you must at least drink something to keep yourself from getting too dehydrated. If you would rather not go to the emergency room, keep taking in liquids and go to your doctor first thing in the morning. If you get too dehydrated you may need to be hospitalized,so please keep liquids coming.I have also found that sugar-free popsicles settle my stomach when i have an upset stomach. They may not sound very appealing but they sure do help me.They are a tad tart, but they may also help you as well.Good luck and i sure hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like you have a nasty virus or gastroenteritis, which is causing the diarrhoea and vomiting.

Get yourself to a hospital or doctors office ASAP because if you cannot hold any food or water down you will get dehydrated very quickly and it will make your recovery longer.

You should go the emergency room and get it checked out. Seem as if something is happening that is not suppose to. It could be that you are straining..
